In-shop sheet metal fabrication is one of our specialties. With our machines and knowledge, we can do quick turnarounds, custom pieces and are able to ship our products anywhere. Commercial kitchen exhaust systems are our bread and butter. Making sure that the installation is up to code can be a huge headache. Luckily we’ve done it a million times and are licensed Mechanical Contractors in Lincoln and surrounding communities.
Stainless Steel fabrication
Much like a signature, welding is an art form that is unique to each welder. This skill is not automated and takes years to perfect, especially when you are able to weld remotely like our team is. We offer:

Kitchen Exhaust Systems
It’s the most expensive part of a restaurant and often times the most difficult. We’ve been doing this since the 60s and are well versed in all of the codes that come with it. We are even contracted by other cities to do the installation.

With an AutoCAD drawing, we can affordably produce custom punching quickly and are able to replicate pieces easily.

Sheet metal fabrication is an overarching term for what we do. We can create the designs you bring to us or we can create and design a solution for your project. Computers do a lot of the work these days but we are still able to do the work by hand as well for those projects that require special attention.
